  • 15 minutes to build a heavy hang power clean *same as above
  • AMRAP 10' - Wallballs *one works* ball can't touch the floor *

    *anything from sandbags, KBS (farmer, front rack), plates
    *weighted vests, wear them
    *whatever it is, make it heavy

Heavy Grace

  • 30 Clean and Jerks (225/155)

    Scales - the goal here is to pick a weight that, more or less, will force you to singles. If 225/155 is >100% for you, or even closer 80-90%, then scale the weight.
    Again, the barbell should be heavy enough to warrant quick singles.
