Q: WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

Functional movements are natural in nature and exist in everyones day to day endeavors. For example, standing from a seated position (SQUAT), picking up boxes (DEADLIFT), getting out of a pool (MUSCLE UP), and placing something in a cupboard (PRESS). These movements elicit the greatest metabolic response and produce tremendous results.

Q: IS CROSSFIT FOR ME?

100%. CrossFit is for everyone. From elite athletes to new moms, the beauty of our program is its universal scalability. It has been demonstrated that your needs and the needs of an olympic athlete differ by degree and not kind.

Q: WILL CROSSFIT MAKE ME BULKY?

Absolutely not. The goal is to improve your fitness. Will you get stronger? Yes. Will you gain muscle? Absolutely. Will you shed body fat? Most definitely. But you will not get bulky.

Q: AM I TOO OLD?

No way. We have members well into their 60s. Remember the program is universally scalable.. The workout needs of a 20 year old and the 60 year old differ by degree, and not kind.
