Our coaching staff is composed of a group of individuals that are truly passionate about helping others succeed. With a trained eye for spotting and correcting technique, their determination is driven by passion not ego. When an athlete has progressed, avoided injury, or acheived any capacity of heightened performance, a coach's programming and cues are at the root of these successes.

    Description

    CrossFit is community, and as the owner of CrossFit Wolvish, it is my number one priority to make sure our community is successful in it's pursuit of health, wellness, and physical excellence. I am approaching the 10,000 hour mark of coaching groups through constantly varied, high intensity workouts. Progressively refining my craft, I strive to bring the highest level of coaching to our members. Everyone is considered and no one is over looked.

    Description

    Discovering CrossFit has made me feel strong, powerful, independent and confident. I am passionate about having my athletes experience similar benefits from the CrossFit programming and community. I am experienced in barbell & circuit training, kettle bell work (Certified Agatsu Ketllebell), kickboxing, mobility, and CrossFit-1 Certified, bringing a well-rounded base to the coaching family at CrossFit Wolvish. I encourage all our athletes to find a balance of power and mobility through their movement and establish determined minds, creating a strong foundation in all they do, in and out of the gym. As co-owner at CrossFit Wolvish, I strive to give our athletes the best possible training facility equipped with passionate and knowledgeable coaches. Our community consists of like-minded individuals who work together, pushing themselves beyond what they imagined possible; and they do it together as a team in every WOD. Wolvish is not a gym, it is a family, and we welcome you to the pack.

    Description

    My fitness routine used to consist of distance running and light free weight work. Since discovering CrossFit, I have surprised myself with my own abilities and improvements. I now value my strength, and as a woman it’s important to know what you're physically capable of. Belief in yourself and in fitness are fundamental of CrossFit. Physical strength, mental toughness and positivity, and a rock solid community of great friends and family are the pillars of fitness! As a coach, I am constantly learning. I believe that continued education is crucial in becoming the best coach I can be. With a positive and encouraging attitude, I aim to help others find their strengths and assist them in reaching their fitness goals. Through this community we push each other to work hard and achieve what we never thought was possible. CrossFit Wolvish is a family that I am incredibly happy to be a part of. I look forward to sharing my passion for fitness and wellness with everyone who joins our pack!

    Description

    When I came to Crossfit Wolvish over 3 years ago, I had never touched a barbell and couldn't do a single push up. I had never worked out consistently in my life and was extremely unhappy with my level of fitness. Thanks to an amazing coaching staff, a motivating community and innovative programming, I have reached a level of athleticism I had previously not thought possible. I gained self confidence and motivation which led me to pursue a life long ambition of competing in track and field. While it was an incredible experience and I learned a lot, I realized my true passion lies in Crossfit and in coaching. I am immensely proud and excited to have joined the coaching staff, a dream of mine ever since I joined the gym, and I hope I can help members achieve their fitness goals just as Wolvish helped me achieve mine.
